TEST SETUP

1 in. to 1-1/2 in. PVC Drain Pan Fitting

1 in. to 1-1/2 in. PVC Drain Pan Fitting (Looking down at Top View)

1 in. to 1-1/2 in. PVC Drain Pan Fitting (exploded view)

1/2 in. PVC Pipe (Schedule 40) (cut to around 1.5” long. OPTIONAL if you use PVC Ball Valve. This one (1.5” long) goes between Ball Valve and the PVC Reducer Bushing

ASSEMBLED Drain Pan Fitting, PVC Reducer Bushing, and 1/2 in. PVC Pipe (Schedule 40) (cut to around 1.5” long)

Drill Hole in Bucket Lid for Drain Pan Fitting Note: Use 1-3/8 Hole Saw.

PVC Pipe Cutter*This one you can get at Lowes. But there are many others that are cheaper. A ‘ratcheting’ version helps a lot.

Mannequin Head (With Hard Plastic Outer Shell. Note: Can get from Amazon

Mannequin Head(BOTTOM VIEW) Note: The 4 small holes (see Orange Circles) have to be sealed shut. e.g. Tape or Silicon Caulk. You also have to DRILL a hole (see Yellow Arrow below) in the center hole to allow Dry Ice Fog to flow inside the Mannequin Head.

Mannequin Head(FRONT VIEW) Note: Drill Hole in Mouth to allow Dry Ice Fog to flow out of. For Hard Shell Mannequin Head, use1/4” drill bit (hollow inside). For Styrofoam Head, use a 1/2” DrillBit that is 12” longas the styrofoam head is not hollow)

5-Gallon Bucket with Dry Ice and Water (Warm to Hot) Note: Blue Tape is to help see how deep water and ice is.

NOTE: Have some fresh air in the room when running test. e.g. open the window.
