America cannot have a Long Term, or Permanent Two-Tier Society, with Dreamers, Illegals, Amnesty, or Work Visas. This would only produce More Illegal Immigration, Voter Fraud, Business Fraud, and would, over the long run, be just like the Two-Tier System of Free vs. Slaves before the Civil War.
(Note, contrary to The Left, Social Justice Warriors, and Historians, The African-American Slaves were treated very well and produced King Cotton.[1][2][3])
Looking back at the History of the Civil War and The Big Picture, you cannot put in a system (or do a deal) where Dreamers (DACA's) cannot end up being a Full Citizen and not have the ability to Vote or run for office as that again would be the same as the Two-Tier System of Free vs Slaves before the Civil War. It would be better to Re-Unite Dreamers back with their family and relatives that live in their foreign country than to have the next Civil War.
Work Visas would also be ripe for Voter Fraud, Business Fraud, and Job Fraud and Government fraud. Next, Violations of Work Visa Rules would be very difficult to root out and enforce.
Next, American Businesses would contribute to politicians to promote more Work Visa and create the political and economic division seen during the Civil War Era where plantations were King Cotton.

American Businesses would be financially tied to Work Visas and be just like Slaves, Plantations, and King Cotton during Civil War times.
You are either in America with some future of full citizenship or not. And you must be in America Legally.

Step #1 - Only Certain Dreamers will be considered on Fast Track AFTER they apply to be in America LEGALLY. Hence, Dreamers STILL have to GET IN LINE and don't get to move up or ahead of the line.
Step #2 - These "Cream of the Crop" Dreamers also have to pay an EXTRA SIGNIFICANT FEE just to get in line so as to PAY for all the Social Services and their Welfare.
Step #3 - If these Dreamers are so good and so great, they can easily pay EXTRA TAXES and FEES for being in America illegally as proper compensation to America's Tax Payers.
Step #4 - No matter what, any proposed solution should discourage ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION (and any future DACA's) via Financially and/or Personally Via Deportation, or Temporary Deportation.

Secondly, American Businesses would then influence their local and state polticians that would further creating more Work Visas and more Immigration; hence producing a Two-Tier Society that would lead to a another Civil War.
We must learn from the past mistakes of the American Civil War (1861 to 1865) to avoid sowing those certain Immigration and Work Visa seeds that create a Two-Tier Society, and likewise, also be the seeds for the next Civil War.
